[java-dev] Mxj don't like accents

Hi all,

Another challenge.

French is full of accents (acute,grave,circumflex) but mxj replaces them with "?" (also true for other languages).

See patch attached.

I'm looking for workarounds on this problem.

My first ideas are :
* reading/writing in a temporary file
* sending message over network

Any other suggestions ?
