Hello. Bug report time! Jitter 1.2.4a2 Max 4.6.3 Jit.gl.model, when loading an OBJ/mtl that is referencing a *16 bit* tiff file as a texture, does not properly map/display the texture. To replicate : open jit.gl.model help, and load any model that references a 16bit tiff as a texture. Note that texture fails to load, or shows up as transparent (with blend enable 1), even if alpha is not included in the texture. Solution: Convert to 8 bit. ironically, Photoshop CS3 extendeds 3D layer also has this bug :) Just was smashing my head on this looking at some files/normal maps a modeler gave me and noticed they were 16 bit. Easy solution, but thought the hive mind should know. Thanks, v a d e // www.vade.info abstrakt.vade.info -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
