[jitter] Codecs for GL and jit.qt.record

I've been using DV codecs at varying quality to record some basic GL
stuff, and they look absolutely awful... quality loss and extreme
aliasing.  Photo Jpeg codec on the other hand looks absolutely great.
Why not use JPEG?  It's a pain to use in Final Cut; however, it's
starting to seem like less a pain than dealing with the DV stuff.
I've searched the forum; it would be great if anyone could enlighten
me on this.

It didn't seem necessary, but I could put up an example patch if requested.
