I can't say that I can verify, per se, but there is some strange (though possibly characteristic?) behavior. When I use @scale there is different behavior, depending on the matrix size- that seems to make sense. Using a scale $1 $1 $1 message into jit.gl.volume, makes some weird behavior (changing of visualization). Both methods get weird when the volume scale is larger than the window... looks like a fisheye view. That's OS 10.4.9. Max 4.5.3. Jitter 1.6.3.
