[jitter] Bug in jit.expr with functor jit.mxform2d ?

Summary:
Several problems when using [jit.mxform2d] functor inside [jit.expr].
1. crash with interp 1.
2. incorrect results with u. or v. values negative.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. (crash): 
-open the patch
-read a jpg
-toggle on the "interp" toggle
-bang the jit.qt.movie, here is the crash.

2. (incorrect results with u. or v. negative):
-open the patch
-give a negative value to either u or v
-bang the jit.qt.movie
-see the difference between jit.expr and jit.mxform

Expected Results:
1. (crash): no crash.

2. (incorrect results): both [jit.pwindow] should display the same results.

Actual Results:
Crash.

Regression:
tested on MacBook Pro OS X 10.4.9, MaxMSP 4.6.3, Jitter 1.6.2 and 1.6.3

Notes
I also tested that with float32 matrices. The result with u or v negative is
also incorrect.
