[jitter] Jit.vcr feature request - pause and resume

I think that's true. One might further note that these messages are  
not documented, and therefore should not be expected to work.

Due to the construction of jit.vcr, though, these weren't possible to  
hide. :)

Pause and resume is not a bad idea, though. No promises.
