[jitter] making standalones with ub 4.6.x

I get these errors with the source:

• error: bpatcher: can't find live bpatch
• error: wacom: No such object
• error: velvetrope: No such object
• error: connect: inlet 0 of <unknown> out of range
• error: connect: outlet 0 of <unknown> out of range
• error: script: delete: no variable out_screen
 
but it works...
