...doesn't seem to work as advertised. probably the easiest way to check this is trying the jitter-examples/javascript/video/jsmovieadapt-example.pat and adding mov.unique = 1; after the var mov declaration. even with unique on, I still get the max fps output, rather than the "unique-limited" fps of the movie.
