[jitter] [OT] Convert videos to grayscale

 From MPEG Streamclip's help file:

Adjustments
The Adjustments panel lets you adjust brightness, contrast, saturation  
and volume. Adjustments take effect only if you click OK.


Turn the saturation down to 0% and you'll be good to go.  Google "MPEG  
Streamclip batch process" if you don't know how to batch in it.
