[jitter] Using the ubumenu object

right click on the ubu and select "get info".  There will be a text field
that you can type the menu items into making sure to separate them by a
comma.  This works well if there are specific static menu items that you
want to use all the time.
If you need to be able to populate the ubu menu on the fly, use the [append
$1] message.
