Hi everyone, Sorry for another newbie question but I'm stuck. I've managed to combine Jit. tutorials 42j, with 43j and other bits and pieces to blend 3 webcam streams with 2 movie streams with compositing and fx. But now I'm stuck on how to grab stills from the final mixed product, or how to record a qt movie. I've read the various parts of the manual about grab to disc, sequence grabbing etc, but I can't seem to get it to work with how I've wired it up. I'm thinking it's because I'm basing the final part of the patch (well most of it) on Jit Tut. 42J, in fact the render pane is almost identical, and I can't seem to get jit.qt.record, grabtodisc, or any of the other methods to work. I've also searched the forum and read about matrix rendering in the jitter examples (render) folder, which looked promising, but I can't seem to get it to work with my patch (either nothing is recorded, or instant crash...as matter of fact, jitter's been crashing about every third time I work on the patch.) If anyone could tell me how they would record output just from tutorial 42j,that would REALLY help. I do have 3 video sources going into the same patch but the render pane is identical and that's where i'm stuck. I'm on a window's pc if that matters. Thanks! Bill
