[jitter] And now one more question about cv.jit.blobs.sort

Greetings to jittelist!!

I try to get from cv.jit.blobs.sort unique number of each blob, and I receive what needed, with a one problemm - somtimes I have repeating numbers! Why there can be such concurrence? And how of it will get rid?
