[jitter] [ANN] JXS syntax coloring for SubEthaEdit

thats great, i use notepad++ for windows codeing and found something of a
similar hack.

but couldnt get it work, if anyone get it working please share and let us
windows user have a working free glsl ide (or at least code highlights)
