[jitter] accessing network video camera / motion JPEG-stream

if going the jweb way a simple hack would be to use jit.desktop
vade experimented with camera streams, i don't remember the model or thread.

i dont think you can pull the stream directly, seems to be embedded in the
browser, here is a direct link to the stream page, will not play using
jit.qt.movie obvously.
