[maxmsp] [hardware] parallax's propeller chip & max

Is anyone here using the Propeller from Parallax
(http://www.parallax.com/propeller/index.asp) in conjunction with Max
via the serial object?

I'm trying to learn spin and propeller assembly (stress, trying) and
hope to interface it with our favoritest patch based programming
environment.  Curious if anyone out there has had experience,
pointers, etc for using these two in conjunction with one another.
