[maxmsp] [OT] standalone apps for xp

standalone doesn't necessitate being made with Max. I am looking for some interesting apps for generating musical ideas that allow export to wave format.  Granular possibly, maybe some weird convolution FFT bizarreness. Maybe along the lines of building a sample library by manipulating .wav files or synthesis.  I found crusherXlive which is pretty cool.  Anything along these lines...
