[maxmsp] installing Csound 5.07

hello

before using csound~, it is necessary to install csound 5.07
(i am on Mac Os 10.4)
Ok, so I just dowloaded the Csound 5.07 files, but I don't find any 
installers or at list a how to or a read me before.
If somebody would take a short time to tell me how , it would be nice.
I don't remember that it was like that, in OS 9 and PPC..
