[maxmsp] a/v quicktime broadcast

did anybody find a way to make a combined audio/video quicktime stream
of a realtime image and audio process in max?
jit.qt.broadcast can't do this at the moment, but maybe there is a  
way by streaming (?) into
another application and paste the audio and video sources there ??
