[maxmsp] Audio output probleme with runtime

Hi,
I'm not a big user of Max/MSP but I prepare the arrival of my monome (http://monome.org/) and I have to use Max/MSP runtime.
Two month ago I have installed the demo (4.6.3) and it perfectly works with my Digi002 and my MacPro 2.66 (OSX 10.4.9). And the demo end...
Yesterday I had to reinstall OSX (not because of problem just because I had to clean for my job) and everything works (Ableton Live for music and Pro Tools for my job) apart Max/MSP runtime. 
The sound of any patches out by the MacPro front speaker!! I have tried to configure the output in Apple preference but nothing change... The runtime preference is not the same than Max/MSP, there's not really output device so I don't know what configure.
Please, can you help me?
