It may be absolutely out of your intended usage, but I like the ease of use of ustream.tv. You can stream things to it and it will distribute the stream onwards. It took me about 5 minutes to set up and had successful streaming on four occasions so far. On the other hand it may not be so easy to get your material to ustream.tv in the first place, so your question probably remains. but anyway.
