[maxmsp] 20% cpu load for MAX when doing nothing ???

20% to 30% without any patch loaded seems a lot.
Here I have 9-12% in the same conditions.

G5 2*1.8GHz; mac os X 10.4.9; MaxMSP 4.5.7; M-Audio FW-410; 3GB RAM
