[maxmsp] 20% cpu load for MAX when doing nothing ???

I have about 20% on PB G4.
I think the main explanation is that is due to the scheduler that is
constantly "on", contrarily to the DSP.
It would be a good thing to have that kind of process off when no patch is
open, so we can leave Max open more "freely".
