well, I don't know if a tutorial exist
 
but:

with the aka.wiiremote (an nice object you can find easily)
some appropriate scalings of the values sending by the Wii parameters, and then sending those by some ctlout, you can easily command Live

I tested it just "to see", with the trigger, and it works fine
