what do you exactly mean by "kaiser window filter"? a FIR filter  
thats has a filter kernel truncated by a kaiser window?
some fft-process where you want to use a kaiser window for windowing?
a kaiser window function is similar to it's cousins (hamming, von  
han, blackman etc.) except that it has an adjustable exponential  
decay, which makes it interesting for various dsp techniques.
you might want to exand a little on your ideas.
