[maxmsp] a-objects update

hello


the a-objects have been updated. version 0x10 beta 10 (20071027)
this version is ub only, should work on max. tested ok on intel
there are some new synthetic msp objects and many fixes made
to most of the objects.

1 new jitter terrain generator
a-dbap3d and a-dbap2d, distance based amplitude panning,
inspired on trond lossius tl.dbap, and much help from mathieu chamagne.
a-jit.human improved


the a-objects are donationware, and licensed under LGPL.
