Like that driver for the trackpad called FingaMIDI, which will do the opposite: turn off the trackpad as pointer device, turn it into a Midi controler and leave the mouse as such... (Unfortunately it doesn't work in Tiger anymore) You have to teach the OS to do that. On the other hand, the hi object will always track the mice, if you design your patch in a way that you can control it without mouse, it should be possible to track 6 mice with hi... (best is to go to fullscreen and disable all menus...)
