[maxmsp] [OT] Kontakt 2 as VST in MSP

I am using the Kontakt 2 VST.  It looks nearly identical to the Kontakt 2
app.  There 4 banks for instruments but I haven't figured out how access
banks B, C & D.

I can send midievent messages to the instruments in bank A on midi channels
1-16.  How to I talk to channels 17-64?  Is there a bank select message that
I am not seeing?
