I can run through the procedure, but it's well explained in Max Tutorials 26, 27, and 28. Have you tried them? If there's something in the tutorials that's not clear, by all means ask. But before we repeat everything that's already in there, maybe you can narrow down which parts aren't clear. About the only difference between Mac OS and Windows is that Windows requires file name extensions whereas on Mac OS they're (mostly) optional.
