[maxmsp] "Hi"/USB - Wireless HRMonitor - Help Me!!!

The hi object only gets information from devices that are human 
interface devices - the midi keyboard is a midi device, so will not 
be picked up by hi, but will be able to read by midi objects.

The heart rate monitor is actually connecting using a virtual serial 
port, so you need to look at using the serial object to talk to it - 
there is a clue here in their FAQ as they refer to a usb serial port 
message

  I can't connect to Suunto Device and Suunto Port Checker says 
"Suunto USB Serial Port Busy." What can I do?

You will still need to decipher the info it is sending though, unless 
you can find any documentation about it on their website.
