[maxmsp] [bug] Max 5 buttonflower example patch uses 90%+ CPU

Thanks for the great work on Max, lots of exciting stuff. However, I
noticed what seems to be a bug with scripting.

When looking at the Max/examples/max-tricks/buttonflower.maxpat patch
in Max 5 the patch uses sometimes 90% or more of my CPU than with on
4.6.3 (MaxMSP 4.6/examples/misc-max-trix/buttonflower.pat) which only
uses around 36% max. With this patch open in Max 5, my computer gets
almost completely unresponsive. I'm using Mac OS 10.4.11 with a 1.67
Powerbook/2GB RAM. I'm using Activity Monitor on OS X for my CPU
percentages. Can anyone reproduce this?
