[maxmsp] [Max5] Modifier Keys with Key commands?

Is there a way to use modifier keys with the max-keycommands.txt file?  It has been a couple years now since I switched from Pd and I still find myself trying to make new objects with command+1 all the time (Just like I think command-E will do edit mode type stuff in EVERY other app I use).
