[maxmsp] alternative midi controllers

If only one button is needed, why not consider the apple remote.  It was
just discussed on the list.  I just tried it.  I haven't sorted out what the
numbers mean but -/+ control volume and menu opens a media selector.  The
range seems to be broad.  I tried 50-60 feet.
