I have an external HD but the same problems - interuptions in sf

I changed the buffer size with iMac (with external HD):
	20160 - lot of interuption
40320 - better (but srpot from time to time)
180000 - all stops and crash...

and MacBook (black) with external HD:
same things - but with 40320 is much more better lecture....

I think there is no solution.... :(

thanks to all!
