[maxmsp] Access DLS Parameters

If you want to avoid DLS-related headaches, the fluidsynth~ external  
can play DLS too but is much better documented than the Apple OS X  
DLS player. Moreover, the sound output comes directly into MSP and  
you don't have to play drums on channel 10 if you don't want to. You  
can even load several banks simultaneously.
