[maxmsp] An easy one - how to increase/decrease a variable

I'm fairly new to Max, and haven't worked any with variables in it before. So this should be pretty easy to anyone with some experience:

I have two incoming bangs, I'm hoping to have one increase the amount of a integer variable, and the other decrease the integer. Probably pretty simple, right? Any help is appreciated.
