[maxmsp] [BUG] Help Browser "Contents" Button

I noticed a possible UI bug with the help browser as well as a related bug that makes Max crash.  I am running Max 5.0.1 on Max OS 10.5.2.  Both of these bugs deal with the "contents" button (or whatever that button between the house and the eye is supposed to be).

UI Bug:

In most pop-up menu situations like the lists that pop up when using this button, clicking somewhere else on the window usually causes the pop-up menu to close.  Currently the only way to close this pop-up without choosing something from the list is to use the ESC key.  If you happen to click elsewhere in the help browser attempting to close the the pop-up not only does it not close but it disables the ability to close the pop-up with the ESC key and the only option is to choose something from the list.

Crash Bug:

If you try to bring up this "contents" pop-up menu while viewing a Jitter object manual page it causes Max to crash.  So far I have been able to duplicate this without fail but so far have only noticed it while viewing a jitter object reference page.
