Hi Arthur,
If Pluggo plugins just aren't showing up, your issue is more likely to 
be with Permissions settings on the various Pluggo files. 

There are a couple of ways to clear this up:
1.   Run Disk Utility and Repair Permissions on your hard drive.  
Sometimes this works, but not always.

2.  Try getting info on the Pluggo-RTAS file, and each of the plugin 
files, and manually set the Ownership/Permissions stuff to give you 
Read/Write permission.
