[pluggo] Crash with AU plugin on quit with Ableton Live

I am getting frequent crashes with my plugin when quitting Live 5.x and 6.x (Mac), but only when I use the AU version. The crash logs are either identical to the one below, or at least always contain references to com.apple.QD and com.apple.HIToolbox routines at the top of the crashed thread. Does anyone (maybe from Cycling?) have any ideas about why this is occurring?
