[pluggo] Open Sound Control from Digital Performer (nix)

Well, I'm probably on my own at this one, but in case someone has any ideas, I'd be grateful:

I've created a pluggo that does nothing but send OSC messages as its parameters are changed. My intent is to use this as an AU in Digital Performer 5.2., allowing me to control a SC synth's parameters with DP's effects automation.

Works fine when moving the sliders in the interface of the AU in DP. OSC messages are sent. Beautiful.

However, when placing automation data in the track and having DP playback the automation data, no OSC commands are sent. By inserting a MAX print, I can tell that data is entering my updsend. But it sure isn't arriving at SuperCollider.

This is true whether I have DP or SC as focus.
