[pluggo] Re: I can't run 3rd party pluggos anymore

I can tell you that most of them work on 10.4.8 under Pluggo 3.5.1 Runtime, if you can still get that. Some of those plugs have not been updated under Pluggo 3.6, which seems to be something of a cutoff point. 

With the latest pluggo version, you should be able to get the following working from your list, if you download the newer versions of the pluggos themselves :
