[pluggo] hidden pp's/plugmultiparam, VST vs. AU

Not sure if this is a known bug or not...

Max/MSP 4.6.2, Pluggo Runtime 3.6.1, Live 5.x, Macintosh

If I include a plugmultiparam in my plugin, which are supposed to be 
"hidden" from the host, when using the VST version in Live, one can 
inappropriately "see" the hidden parameters in Live's automation 
dropdown menus.  However when using the AU version, you do not see 
them.
