[pluggo] surround script for plugconfig

hi pluggolist,

this came up on the forum last year but no answer surfaced.  how does one
use the "surround [int, int]" script in plugconfig?  this seems to be
necessary for creating multichannel plugins but i don't know how to
implement it.
