[pluggo] MIDI notes to effect in Ableton Live

I want my pluggo effect plugin to respond to MIDI note info.  I am 
setting up a MIDI track in Live to route the MIDI info to the Audio 
track that has my effect plugin inserted in it.  The attached patch 
does not show any MIDI note info getting to it though. Any ideas?
