[pluggo] multiple pluggo colls?

That's what Pluggo does: all the plug-ins run in the same environment.

Developers should really not be using colls with fixes names unless  
they intend the colls to be shared between multiple plug-ins - the  
"#0" trick is an obvious workround. (The same applies for send/ 
recieve symbol names and so on.)
