But with a 30 day full functioning period there is no problem, isn't there? It will function immediately and within 30 days there are plenty of business days... My bad, I thought its the same rule as with Max, that it would work without any restriction for 30 days, but I checked the web site and with pluggos it seems different... On the other hand, cycling is a small company, probably smaller than the music store where you bought it. There is no way to expect that they work 7/7 days 24/24 hours... I guess you have your challenge in the mean time... I aggree, that at least the packaged versions should have some way to get it working immediately though. But who knows how complicated (and expensive) this would be to implement... If you have more than 220 pluggo plugs PT might crash on startup. The workaround is to move unused ones out of your pluggo VST folders so the Pluggo RTAS.dpm can't see them. Audiosuite is broken. ( Error -36 creating a file) We are aware of these problems, but we do not have a date for a release which will address them.I apologise for the inconvenience this is causing you. Bruce - I've no idea why some of your plugs are showing up but not others. I've not seen that. Are you seeing any errors in Console.app? Did you upgrade Pluggo when you upgraded PT? Are the plugs not showing up in the "Other" group or are they not showing up in the specific effect categories? Ping support if you like, Ben should be able to help you. It seems like you never got to the point where Pluggo worked at all after installing Protools and Pluggo with the Apple Migration assistant. I doubt very much that installing PT 7.4 over the top of all this will fix your problems. Unfortunately there's nothing much we can do about this. We do not support installations using the migration assistant, and if using the Cleaner and reinstalling doesn't work, then by and large the problem is beyond the scope of support. We have spent fruitless hours trying to troubleshoot migration assistant installs, my best advice for anyone out there is - don't do it. Not for us, or Protools. Clean installing apps of this complexity is the only way to go.
