Ok - I see it now. You were communicating with Andrew Benson in support as well.

It seems like you never got to the point where Pluggo worked at all after installing Protools and Pluggo with the Apple Migration assistant. I doubt very much that installing PT 7.4 over the top of all this will fix your problems.

Unfortunately there's nothing much we can do about this. We do not support installations using the migration assistant, and if using the Cleaner and reinstalling doesn't work, then by and large the problem is beyond the scope of support. We have spent fruitless hours trying to troubleshoot migration assistant installs, my best advice for anyone out there is - don't do it. Not for us, or Protools. Clean installing apps of this complexity is the only way to go.
