[pluggo] Effects showing up as Instruments - Nuendo VST

Hi Ben,

Currently we do not support the way that Nuendo 4 makes older VSTs 
compatible with the VST 3 spec.  At this point we do not have a specific 
timetable for when this will be fixed, but we are aware of the issue and 
will be looking at ways to fix this for future Pluggo updates.
