[pluggo] Unable to Create Plug-In, only Collective/Application

 From your description, it sounds as if you're attempting to build a plug-in
using Max 5, which currently does not support building plug-ins. For more

And since I know it's your next question, there has been no date announced
for adding this function, at present.
