[pluggo] Max5 Pluggo runtime suggestion...

Hey, just wanted to make a quick suggested for the Max5 pluggo runtime. It's really simple (conceptually). If we could simply use presentation mode to build user interfaces, it would speed up pluggo development time incredibly.

Don't know if this is much of c74 priority, but I thought I'd throw it out there.
