[pluggo] sorry but (error -5000 access denied)

sorry, i hate to ask for things that have being covered already
but i have been looking the 
error creating  file -5000 access denied error problem
in the forum and in the synthesisters site (same database?) 
and i still can't make pluggo 3.2.2s and max below 4.5.5 installers (downloaded from the web) work 
in both cases i have the -5000 message at the beginning of the installing (copying)
i try erasing the cycling folder
checking the permissions in the framework folder
repairing the permissions with disk utility
cleaning any other versions using the utility of pluggo 3.6
everything i guess but the pru.sit file that isn't available anymore from the 
www.synthesisters.com/downloads

i have being dealing with this for a long time
i'm trying with no success in two computers running tiger 10.4.11
